Homemade Egyptian Dukka - A Traditional Mix of Spices and Hazlenuts

Travel to Egypt and you'll find versions of this traditional spice mix often infused in oil and used as a dip for bread and raw vegetables. Roasted chickpeas are an acceptable substitute if you don't have any hazlenuts. Ingredients: (makes 8-9 tbsp) 10 tbsp shelled hazlenuts tbsp = tablespoon Directions: Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight and use within 3 months.
