Homemade Fines Herbes - A Traditional Blend of Fresh or Dried Herbs Used in Classic French Cuisine

Traditionally fines herbs is made with fresh chives, tarragon, parsley and chervil and is an easy-to-make, versatile French herb blend used in many of their classic dishes. For this version I have used dried herbs but you could use fresh if you have them. Ingredients: (makes 9 tbsp) 2 tbsp dried parsley tbsp = tablespoon Directions: Store in an airtight jar out of direct sunlight and use within 2 months. That's all there is to it! Though, when adding to your cooking, crumble through your fingertips to help release the flavours. Click to see other spice mixes and herb blends on my site.
