How to Make Chinese Five Spice
To enjoy the unique flavours and aromas of Asian and Chinese food at home, this easy-to-make Five Spice is just the thing. Using a blend of 5 traditional spices, it takes minutes to make!
Ingredients: (makes about 5-6 tbsp) 2 x 3 inch piece cinnamon tbsp = tablespoon Directions:
Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight and use within 3 months. Note: Dry toasting the whole spices before grinding is worth doing for even more flavours and aromas.
