How to Make Curry Spice
To enjoy the unique flavours and aromas of Indian cuisine at home, this easy-to-make Curry Spice is just the thing. Using a blend of traditional spices, it takes minutes to make!
Ingredients: (makes about 6-7 tbsp) 3 tbsp coriander seeds (cilantro) tbsp = tablespoon Directions: That's all there is to it! Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight and use within 3 months. Note: Dry toasting the whole spices before grinding is worth doing for even more flavours and aromas.
