How to Make Taco Spice Mix - Capture the Fabulous Flavours of Mexican Tacos

If you enjoy homemade tacos, then making your own taco spice mix will add fab flavours to your tacos. This version is particularly herby and excellent for cheese and vegetable fillings. Ingredients: (makes 12 tbsp) 3 tbsp cumin seeds tbsp = tablespoon Directions: Store in an airtight jar out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 months.
