It contains powerful antioxidants and traditional and Chinese and Hindu healers have been utilizing the health benefits for many years.
Aside from its many uses and numerous benefits, it's also fairly easy to cultivate. And of course cultivating it yourself ensures a fresh, tasty supply from spring to fall!
